Unkept and dirty regal PMB
Regal xpress hotel is advertised as a clean and affordable hotel. I booked a room with a twin single beds, and on arrival with my son. We were given a room with double bed. I tried to query at reception but I was not assisted. The room was stuff and smeling. General the room was nit clean and also part of head board was broken and failing. The passage mats is stairs and looks bad

exceptional service
i had flat battery this afternoon and Ntokoso Sibeko assisted me.he made sure I was assisted on time and kept calling me to make sure I was safe and the service provide arrives..he went out of his way to help and I say thank you Mr Sibeko
