24/09/2020 I purchased an item at a store for R479 to be exact, I had transfered funds from my nedbank savings account to my Cheque account to pay for it, I received an Sms straight after payment was made to say it was successful and my account went back to a couple hundred rand, it is now the 1/10/2020 and Nedbank chargese an honor fee of R90. 00 for that specific transaction, what is this? I want yourll to rectify this with immediate effect as I've been with Nedbank for over 15 years now, if this is not resolved I will move my vehicle and band accounts and every other account away from this company
Henwood offers a 10 year guarantee on their beds, however when you have a complaint against there product they tell you about there warranty terms and conditions and say if your bed has a stain it's not valid, I've asked them to re look at my claim and still no recovery in this matter, the stain on the bed is very small and that to them makes this invalid, I will never purchase another product from this manufacturer again.
