Service delivery poor and not attending to the Client's queries
It's also called Kenaya Beauty Spa, they are charging R250 for gelish pedi and mani however the worst thing is that it stays for a few days and then chips off. I tried querying with them and they did not respond. Been commenting on their Kenaya Beauty Bar posts they delete and block me instead of communicating with me or responding to my issues

Claim rejected yet it was their fault
M-sure is not a good company to sign up with, 1st their consultants don't tell you the truth about what they are signing you up for, they actually are not fully aware of what they are talking about. They mentioned things that I was not even covered for and they failed to send me my contract within the month period they had signed me up. now that I want to claim they are giving me excuses and referring me to a contract that was only sent to me last week after I had personally requested it. They have been giving me a run around with the claim and after a long time then they come with a rejection. Never be the M-sure client ever, it's ok for them to deduct money from your account but when it's time to pay up they come up with excuses

M-sure liars
M-sure financial services sells lies to clients and when it's time to claim they will tell you that it is not covered. When I signed up with them, I had a list of things I needed to get fixed and asked the person if they covered he said most definitely, now that it's time I want to claim they tell me it's not covered. I had asked the guy who signed me up for a contract i never got it, I would like to cancel and get my money back too because you all liars
