Universal medical aid has the worse service ever, I sent a quotation for dentistry work on the 07 July 2025 , it is 7 weeks later and I call atleast 3 times a week to follow up, no one can help me . They keep on sending me from pillar to post telling me that the matter is escalated, meanwhile I have funds to cover this procedure. I am very disappointed about their service .
Terrible service from their management I visited Audi Bryanston because my multimedia was not working and they accused me of spilling a liquid on the console , when I asked for proof they refused and told me to go to another dealership and I was told this by the service advisor and her manager. This was then reported to the dealer principal via email and he responded that he would call me back and he never did.

This was then reported to the dealer principal via email and he responded that he would call me back and he never did. I am taking this matter to Audi South Africa.
I was attended to immediately and I didn’t have any hassles , the guy attending to me was very quick.
I’ve had the worst customer service from Bradlows ( from the warehouse in Durban and the customer service line) no one cares if your issue is sorted. My couch arrived damaged I called for them to collect and it that took over month. Then when they finally collected it has taken them 3 months to return it and it still hasn’t been returned!!! I have called and tried to follow up every single day but no luck
