Very unhappy and disappointed with how Manicaa.com handles their business. We were sold an item which we confirmed was in stock before we bought but when the payment was processed the item was somehow no longer in stock. They informed us that we would be getting a refund. Three weeks later we have not received the refund or any further communication from them. Their phonelines as always busy and they do not respond to emails. We also went to address stated on their website but to our surprise their store is not there. The gentleman at one of the stores at the address states that he gets many people looking for these poeple. It really is so heartless to offer a poor service and then not being willing to correct your mistake. We would have understood if there was a problem and that the refund could maybe take a while but they just dont bother communicating with you. Really sad that they could treat people like this and just not care. In times like these we need to help one another but there will always be those people that take advantage of others.
The people at Manicaa.com are frauds. There is no effort from their side to help you. My husband purchased lawn equipment from them. After the payment was processed and the money was deducted from his account he got an email saying the product is out of stock and he would receive a discount. Three weeks later and we have still not received the refund and there has been 0 communication from them. Their phone lines are always busy and the one time I actually managed to get thought the phone line was so terrible I couldn't even here what the lady was saying. We tried to go and see them in person but the address on their website is fake. The sad thing is I actually think they want to be a legimate business they just do not have a clue how to do it. Do not support them they are thieves
Eurobride has stolen my wedding dress. Their shop has supposedly closed due to Covid 19 but that is still no excuse for not giving me my dress, if they cant afford to refund me they should give me my dress. The dress was paid in full but they are simply ignoring my emails. I have even emailed their attorney but he has not been much help, just basically saying that he will tell them to contact me. They are not putting in any effort to right their wrong.
Sun City golf course. We went to play on Monday and not only did we have to pay more than what they told us but our caddies were very rude and ungrateful for their tip, one of them even spitting on the course . We were also forced to hire another set of golf clubs because apparently two people are not allowed to play out of one bag, which is absolute rubbish they just want you to spend more money. This review is not about the course itself, the course is beautiful and well maintained but what was supposed to be a fun day was ruined by bad service.
