Eurobride is a scammer
My sister bought a wedding dress in Aug and paid the full amount. The lady called Yulia Moulton disappeared with her money and the dress. She is unable to contact her. Please let me know if there are other victims out there. This scammer needs to stop.

Eurobride is a scammer

Unsatisfied customer
Worst experience ever. From being excited to receive a gorgeous dress to hearing that they’ve closed down. I have still not received my refund from August 2020. I feel disgusted to say the least by the services from Eurobride as they had no decency to communicate with me that they closing their office. I am still waiting to this day for my refund and I want back what I paid for as I never received the dress.

Unsatisfied customer
Worst experience ever. From being excited to receive a gorgeous dress to hearing that they’ve closed down. I have still not received my refund from August 2020. I feel disgusted to say the least by the services from Eurobride as they had no decency to communicate with me that they closing their office. I am still waiting to this day for my refund and I want back what I paid for as I never received the dress.

Eurobride dissappearing with my dress and money.
Eurobride disappeared with my all my money and my dress. They demanded me on the 14th October to pay the full outstanding amount under false promises so courier my dress to me. So I was foolish enough to believe them and payed. It was a total of R19000. It is all gone and I have nothing to show for it. I will not be able to collect or save money again for my dream wedding dress before my wedding. I am so disappointed for when I was there, the owner could not stop talking about how much she loved what she do and making her brides happy. Well you broke my heart, you broke alot of bride's hearts. ALL I WANT IS MY DRESS!!!!!

Eurobride dissappearing with my dress and money.
Eurobride disappeared with my all my money and my dress. They demanded me on the 14th October to pay the full outstanding amount under false promises so courier my dress to me. EUROBRIDE STOLE MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING DRESS
Eurobride has stolen my daughters wedding dress. I bought her a dress for her wedding in April 2021 and Eurobride are not coming back to my emails and are not picking up their phones. I have paid for the dress in full and I want it for my daughter. I see there are a lot of other ladies with the same problem. This is just ridiculous and day light robbery!

EUROBRIDE STOLE MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING DRESS
Eurobride has stolen my daughters wedding dress. I bought her a dress for her wedding in April 2021 and Eurobride are not coming back to my emails and are not picking up their phones. I have paid for the dress in full and I want it for my daughter. I see there are a lot of other ladies with the same problem. This is just ridiculous and day light robbery!

Eurobride are thieves!!
Eurobride has stolen my wedding dress. Their shop has supposedly closed due to Covid 19 but that is still no excuse for not giving me my dress, if they cant afford to refund me they should give me my dress. The dress was paid in full but they are simply ignoring my emails. I have even emailed their attorney but he has not been much help, just basically saying that he will tell them to contact me. They are not putting in any effort to right their wrong.

EUROBRIDE STOLE MY DRESS!!
I brought my dress back to the store in January 2020 for the complimentary dry cleaning services. The store is now unreachable and non-responsive to emails. Absolutely shocking treatment of clients and unprofessional behavior for this brand. My dress was paid for in full and holds obvious significant value. They have basically stolen my dress and disappeared!!!!

This company is a complete SCAM. They took our money and for over 50 brides have not delivered the dresses. For a select few they are delivering dresses but the dresses are either not exactly what they ordered or are in substandard condition. Since they sent a closure email they have not once called me or replied to any of their emails, nor have their lawyers responded. The owners are called Yulia & Lawrence Mouton. I doubt they will continue to trade using the name Eurobride but please encourage all brides to be to do due diligence on Bridal Warehouses, Decor and Makeup companies etc. Stay away from Eurobride and their affiliates no matter how lovely the dresses might look, you are more likely going to lose your money than get your dream dress. Feel free to contact me if you want more information on my horrific experience with this establishment.
