Wonderful experience. Easy to load pictures and details on their website. I think it took less than 5 minutes. I loaded it on Friday and by Monday afternoon I had an offer that was R15,000 more than other online car buying companies. In the end the dealer brought me down by R15,000 but it was still R10,000 more than other websites final offer so I am happy. Simple and courteous, I never knew selling a car could be so easy!
Dalitso Holdings and all their staff are very professional. What I really like about the business is their ability to adapt. Through the Covid period I watched their email communications adapt to enable and service their clients remotely. Their specials and webinars are always helpful and insightful and overall they are an agile organization that instead of being stuck with their offerings work to find solutions for their clients. They truly are a cut above their rest in terms of customer service, adaptability, agility and keeping abreast with changing business environment, I wish them all the best.
This company is a complete SCAM. They took our money and for over 50 brides have not delivered the dresses. For a select few they are delivering dresses but the dresses are either not exactly what they ordered or are in substandard condition. Since they sent a closure email they have not once called me or replied to any of their emails, nor have their lawyers responded. The owners are called Yulia & Lawrence Mouton. I doubt they will continue to trade using the name Eurobride but please encourage all brides to be to do due diligence on Bridal Warehouses, Decor and Makeup companies etc. Stay away from Eurobride and their affiliates no matter how lovely the dresses might look, you are more likely going to lose your money than get your dream dress. For my husband's birthday, I booked a bus tour with this bus company. My husband had been on the bus a few years ago and always went on and on about how much he had enjoyed it so I teamed up with some of his friends and booked a 65 seater bus with 200 litres of premium larger. Contrary to what some reviewers have said Lawrence from the Sales team emailed me and kept his side of the bargain. I told him I had read the reviews and he even offered for me to see the bus beforehand which I did and I was happy. As soon as payment was made in full he sent the drivers details. The driver pitched up earlier than scheduled and they stuck to the route. My husband and his friends are extra so at the end of the trip since they didn't manage to finish the beer they were allowed to empty the kegs entirely. It was a pleasant experience and my only suggestion for improvement is if they can respond a bit quicker but otherwise beer was cold, bus was clean, drivers were friendly. Kiki
I went to the V & A Waterfront yesterday evening and bought a simcard. The lady was very helpful but said that I had to phone her before 9pm or the next morning (this morning). When I called this morning a gentleman answered to say that they do not do sim swaps and I should dial 173. When I dial 173 there are no champion operators to speak to - goodbye. I have tried thrice. Very annoyed now!
