Disrespectful employer called Lucus shouting and screaming at me as a customer while waiting for delivery.
I received a call at 18:25 from 063 157 7657. The caller identified himself as an MTN employee. He said that another person was accessing my MTN account and accessing my internet banking using a sim swop that the person already did. I gave him everything he asked for. He asked me to log into my bank account and I said no. Then he asked again and, then I asked him for the referrence of the call. He ended the call. I immediately called my bank,to stop my internet banking. Then I called MTN to report the fraud. They gave me a referrence number 6023 C20 T1217 They walked me through a change of limit. However, it's been a week already and MTN did still.did not get back to me. I do not know how to get a response from MTN as all the stores I went to tell me that they can't help me as they are just a franchise. They person took R16000 worth of data from.my.mtn account. I will not be paying this money to MTN.

I would like to thank Siza Mabanga for the professional manner in which he handled my building claim. The claim was rejected by a previous assessor and Siza reopen the claim and did a proper assessment. Thank you Siza for all your effort.
As a long standing customer with outsurance..car..contents...and as of 2020 building insurance. I am very disappointed with the outcome of my recent claim. I purchased the property in November 2020, I insured same from the date of purchase. I have never experienced any incident of water damage since the purchase of the property. During the beginning of April 2022, we have been experiencing heavy rain, the rain seeped through the structure in my bedroom. This has never happened before the 3 April 2022 and during the night I noticed the damage to my floor. At no stage before this incident has my structure been damaged by water. The only valid conclusion that I can come to is, that the water damage was a direct result of the rain that seeped through the structure in my bedroom. The water damaged my bedroom wooden flooring, wardropes and cupboards.I contacted Outsurance immediately, the next day being the 4 April . The assessor Brian Anthony which I must add having me contacting him on numerous occasions. He never came back to me without me first having to email him or my claim advisor. It would be weeks before I hear from him. He really slacks at his job. However finally on the 3 May 2022 he calls and states the was damage is a result of lack of maintenance of the waterproofing in the foundation and not a sudden result of the rain. Further the damage is to the structure and foundation, what would be required of a home owner to avoid or prevent foundational or structural damage to an external wall? The company that installed my wooden flooring did not mention, allude or bring to my attention at anytime that the floor showed signs of dampness or wetness from previous water damage. The wooden floors were installed December 2020. The previous owner never mentioned any issues relating to water damage, which would be a requirement when selling the property, to disclose any and all defects or problems that they experienced. I have not renovated or made any alterations to the structure or foundation, since taking occupation. I have not experienced any water damage or leakage of any nature until now. There are no indications of previous damage, as we never had any smell of dampness or showed signs wetness. This was completely unfair even though Outsurance claims they cover forces of nature. Is heavy rain not a force of nature?
