Their delivery guys are so rude, what an awful service..i told him my address and he got lost and got mad..I’ve beeen receiving deliveries on the same address and no one got lost..hai man this is pathetic
They actually deserve no star..their funeral cover is pathetic..my mom has been sent from pillar to post trying to claim, there is always a new requirement that they want..proper funeral covers pay within 24 hours but this one takes months..useless service..just for a funeral cover, FNB paid out within hours..standard bank needs to cancel this cover or improve their systems..get on with the times..can’t your verify someone’s death or relation with home affairs? Instead of wanting hundred documents for a claim..USELESS
Scam, they deliver old, damaged, opened things when you order online..They actually give you rejects..I ordered a sack of potatoes and it was opened, the flour was also opened..it’s better to just go to the store..CANCEL SIXTY60..very useless

Uber eats gave me R40.00 off my next order because the previous one took long to be delivered. They disabled 90 percent of the restaurants on my App ( they were unavailable) until half past 8 right after my R40.00 expired.. how convenient.. why give me money off if you are not gonna let me use it?!?! I checked online for operating hours in Lyttelton..they mentioned they close at 6. I get there at half past 5 and they tell me they take their last customer at 5. Just say you close at 5 not 6. We use petrol and money to come there nxa
I regret taking out a contract with Telkom, they will charge you for things they never informed you about..my Acc has been blocked but I don’t owe them anything..so pathetic
I checked in two bags at Dubai, connected flights in Kenya to South Africa, arrived in SA at 11, my bags were nowhere to be found, the service consultant for Kenya Airways said they will come with the next flight which was at 4:10 pm, waited at the airport for my bags. They told me it takes an hour for the bags to be offloaded and checked. That took two hours. Later they tell me my bag is coming with the modnigjt flight..they found that out at 5 but they told me that at 6. I waited for my bags from 11am, It is 21:00 I still do not know where my bags are. They keep telling me stories that change. Kenya Airways is cheaper but the service is very poor. If you want to lose your luggage fly with Kenya Airways.
