Horrible Hotel
I am extremely disappointed with the current state of Margate Sands. The standards have dropped drastically, and my current stay is very frustrating. The place is dirty and infested with ****roaches, especially in the bathroom. The rooms smell horrible, the couches are filthy, and it’s baffling that seat covers aren't being used. It’s clear that either there aren’t enough cleaners or they aren’t given sufficient time to clean properly. This lack of hygiene and maintenance is making my stay unbearable—I could barely sleep. I will never come here again and strongly urge management to address these issues before more guests have the same experience.

Boredbox is a ****
I ordered a laptop bag from BoredBox using PayJustNow and still haven’t received it. There’s no contact number on their site—just an email and a KZN address. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. This is unacceptable. BoredBox is ignoring customers, and PayJustNow is enabling it by processing payments for a company that doesn’t deliver. Do not order from them.

Cell C contract
I have never received such poor customer service like I did with Cell C, I vehemently regret the day I ever took a contract with them. In October 2019, on countless occasion's I received verbal confirmation that my contract account has been settled and closed. Yet my account is still being debited. On the credit bureau, they have me listed which has resulted in my car finance being declined. I have spent so much time and money trying to resolve this pathetic issue for months now, they are stealing from me and continue to do so. They have me listed on the credit bureau for absolutely no reason!! I have spent over R300.00 airtime staying on the line, being transferred from one department to the other, instead cleaning up their mess, the call Centre sends me from pillar to post. They are the worst service providers, cheap really is expensive
