This is not my experience been trying to get a product sorted out that i bought from them but no luck. This is a company that states "high quality products & service". I haven't experienced it.
I bought the chronic knee brace on the 2th of September. It stop charging by the end of September. went on to there web site as well as there whatsapp nr but on one gets back to you. only an generic reply. they advert money back if you are not satisfied, but that looks like a lot of Bull. They also claim to be an South African compony ???
This is pathetic.. Jessica store manager let me hang for 17days to get amount of R389. 97 back.. They made the mistake by putting a return on a credit card that was a debit card.. They told me they will get back to me.. 17days later several phonecalls and lock calls to customer care and still nothing.... This is unexceptable... I am taking this further.. This was suppose to be easy... They just had to give my money back... I'm still waiting
