To say the service has been beyond disappointing is an understatement. I have made a purchase almost 3 weeks ago and have received zero feedback regarding the delivery date. The incompetence when trying to phone head office is beyond disgusting. You are just given the run around with promises they will call back and never do. Literally going to report this to consumer commission as their policies controvene so many laws. WOULD NOT recommend anyone to purchase from this store.
This has got to be the most *********** company I have ever come across. I log a return for 2 orders. The delivery driver picks up the order and then cancelled the return for one item and therefore the return was never processed. I am then given the run around for OWN money as the consultants have told me that they are looking in the warehouse for the product. What are the chances of finding a product that was returned weeks ago in a warehouse with millions of items? How is the customer liable for what the delivery driver has done? To make matters worse the consultants escalate the matter for weeks which is frustrating. Please do not buy from this company as they have inadequate systems in place to track items and therefore you as a customer are liable for their incompetence.
Please note we are going to charge Vodacom consultant A Moloy for fraud and misrepresentation. We are currently getting a recording of the conversation we had regarding our data deal. Under NO circumstances did we agree to a contract. When Moloy offered me a data deal she said it could be cancelled at any time and it is just a data and airtime issue monthly. I did not sign any contracts or agree to a contract. It is absolutely pathetic how your consultants dupe customers into contracts. I will not leave what has been done. Once I obtain the relevant recording of my conversation between Moloy and myself I will take the appropriate action against Vodacom.
I must express my disappointment in the terribly designed game that your company has introduced this holiday. Promoflo is a terrible attempt on your part to gain traffic to your website. As someone who is leading the game, and spent countless hours using the supposed "referral links" that the game uses to garner points it simply does not work. Sending the links to people who then have to open their own accounts doesn't have any affect on your points which leads me to believe that this is just a marketing scheme by your company. I have sent these links to hundreds of people who have opened their own accounts and guess what? THE POINTS DO NOT CHANGE I WILL EXPLOIT YOUR TERRIBLE ATTEMPT AT MARKETING on every social media platform and having no intention whatsoever to give the several prizes away that your company claims it will award to people. This is pathetic that such a large company didn't have the necessary technology available to design an appropriate game and only corrects the glitches in the game 3 weeks into the game. This leads me to believe that you do not care about your customers and only how much traffic one can bring to it. How can such a large corporation like yourself only fix the problems 3 WEEKS into the competition. For 3 weeks you gave no prizes as your website claims (daily and weekly prizes) and changed the rules without any announcement. ZERO INTEGRITY. Sorry but thank you for wasting my time and countless hours in garnering points.
