Worst customer service!!!
Hi I'd like to complain about Rain. I received a message that I'm being handed over for debt collection. I stopped using their WiFi more than 6months ago and the consultant I spoke to told me it's a Pay-as-you-use. They've never communicated with me about missed payments or anything. When I try to contact them for cancellation there's no response, even on requests for a call back; only emails and sms with reference no. It's been 2 weeks now trying to reach them with no luck😡

More disappointment from Builders Warehouse
I shared my review about Builders the previous week and Mr Kurt from their customer service called and promised to look into my problem, I still haven't heard from him or Builders Vosloorus branch until today. I don't know what to do anymore

Builders Superstore Chris Hani Crossing Vosloorus is the worst?!!
I received the worst service from Builders Superstore in Chris Hani Vosloorus. I bought boards for wardrobe and I had to return them about 4 times because the sizes and edging was wrong and the boards are chipped, they look old. I even contacted their customer service to complain about the service I received with no luck. It's been more than a month now nothing is done, they keep giving me a runaround,keeping quiet and making excuses when I contact them. I asked for a refund but they refused and said they can't because the boards have been cut.
