Just want to thank Elna for her feedback with regards to my policy. Very helpful and explained to me exactly what my questions were. I will recommend Platinum Life. I got Breast cancer, and when I claimed it, it was easy and quick. It is worth it to have a policy with Platinum, you never know what the future holds. Elna once again, thank you.

Bad quality Leather Gallery
We bought a lounge suite from Leather Gallery late 2019. It was between Leather Gallery and House and Home to invest in a good lounge suite. After discussion the quality, we decided to purchase from Leather Gallery as their name says it all, true?. First six months we started to have problems with the recliners. But what they don't tell you, is to replace the lounge suite should it be send back to their manufacturer for a second time in six months. We had to sit on our floor for approximately 2 to 3 weeks, nice of them.What a mistake we did to purchase from what is supposed to be the best... not even 4 years later and we have a lounge suite that is basically falling apart, as we notice how poorly it is made. To warn people from purchase a lounge suite from Leather Gallery make sure, all the recliners are steady as we found out, the recliners are not properly made, the 2 recliners are completely loose. And unfortunately, they have 110 excuses when you complain. What a lesson, mind you expensive lesson did we learn. We should have bought from House and Home... Leather Gallery don't stand up for their " good quality"! Shop around before you spend money to purchase a product that will last you for years. It's a lot of money to invest in a good lounge suite, especially if you know it will bring you pleasure for years to come....

Platter for 4 extremely disappointed
Absolutely poor value for the platter for 4! The food was so little 2 people could have chips. The fish was definitely baby 🐟 fish... I did e mail their head office and NO response! The platter for 4 looks like a kiddies meal. The second time, I tried it. And did not improve at all. I'm extremely disappointed that their head office don't care about their customers 😕.

Valentines Dinner
Absolutely amazing peaceful setting looking at the sea. Food is really tasty! Tranquil environment. Will recommend them for any occasion. Staff is friendly and professional service. THANK YOU ❤️
