Disgusting customer service, they are in a hurry to take your bank fees but offer 0 f*cking help in return. What kind of bank doesnt even let you recieve international payments. Capitec Forex service is a joke - wrong swift codes, no one answers the phone. Burn in hell Capitec im going out of my way to make sure no one i remotely know uses Capitec
"Please sign into the old banking app to activate your email before using the new app." If only the old app was still available on the PlayStore! Before that, the face scanner would not work. PS. Don't fix what's not broken - I was satisfied with the old app and now i dont have an app at all. In future let people choose. I have had nothing but horrible experiences since the new app.
The Bank App is pathetic. They won't let you do certain things in the branches, only on the app. The catch? The app does not work. Tired of seeing a white screen when trying to do simple things like check my balance or make a payment,
