What terrible service. I have been trying for days to get assistance with the migration to MyMPS and no one helps empty promises as well as no one freaking ever phones you back or responds to emails! We have to pay for this but we get terrible service like this!!!!!!!!!!!
We have been waiting for our money for almost a year! FNB is a bunch of crooks no one responds to emails and complaints! we just want out money back we have handed in all relevant documents asked of us but no we don't get our money and no feedback. Nkoketseng Motene is the most useless consultant/business banker and has been trying to assist to no success. We want our money back or this matter will be taken further!
