Alamo Spur Tyger Valley, one of the best in Cape Town
There are many Spur restaurants to choose from in Cape Town, but one of the best in my experience has to be the Spur at the Tyger Valley Mall in Bellville, Cape Town. This is because of the friendly and speedy service by the staff who gladly take orders that are no longer on the menu, such as my favourite the cheesy quesadilla. The quality of the food is always first class and the restaurant clean and inviting.

Chinese cuisine from the Jade Tavern? Yes please!
As far as I'm concerned the best chow mein and avocado maki in town can be found at the Jade Tavern in Rosmead Avenue in Kenilworth, Cape Town. I'm a vegetarian and I was pleasantly surprised at the options I was offered. Your order is ready in a short amount of time and the meals are always high quality and very tasty. Highly recommendable!

Always a pleasant experience at the Superspar Rosmead
I have to compliment the Superspar grocer/retailer in Rosmead Avenue in Kenilworth, Cape Town on their friendly, speedy service and well-stocked store. It is also worth mentioning the high quality of fresh produce offered by this Superspar, which I’ve never been disappointed with. I’m also always surprised at how well the staff manages to effectively keep long queues at the tills flowing so that one doesn’t wait too long, even during rush hour times.

Springvale Online is an inbox/spam pest, unsubscribe doesn't work
Don't expect any sort of payout or reward from Springvale Online for completing surveys, it's a waste of time. For this reason I've been trying to unsubscribe, but it's impossible to truly get rid of Springvale Online's incessant emails. They'll continue to be a pest in your email inbox even after unsubscribing multiple times. This has been ongoing for more than a year now. Highly recommendable (M-Kem 24)
The M-Kem 24 hour pharmacy is always well stocked, the staff friendly and helpful. They always manage to keep things running smoothly and in good time when the store is busy and the queues long.
