Excellent Honest Service
Just a word of thanks to a wonderful team and excellent service - after being scammed by another supplier, Advance Pools in Cosmo Business Park Randburg helped me and delivered a pool shell to me within 3 days. I will gladly recommend Advance Pools, and their staff - and wish you all the best - one can see that integrity does breed success.

Scam Artist - Beware
I can confirm that Juan Diedericks and his father Jaap Diedericks are by far the BIGGEST SWIMMING POOL SCAMMERS. Quick and smooth talking when quoting, sending invoices and collecting large deposits, but then they start making promises, and then lying and then disappear. After 3 months, had to buy a pool shell from his previous employer who told me that they had asked him to leave, as they were concerned about his ethics - Thanks Advance Pools - pool was delivered within 3 days - and I was at their factory - much more a Pool Factory than Juan's backyard operation - and Advance Pools had about 20 pools being prepared for delivery. I will now have to wait for SAPS to investigate case of fraud against Juan from Access Pools and hope I will get my money back. Clearly I got caught with a lot of others - Can confirm that Juan and his father Jaap Diedericks (Platinum Pools / Pool and Pave / Blue Star Pools) - work under different company names. Lets join forces and get them Juan Diedericks behind bars.
