Unreasonable sudden delay tactics of cancellation of refund nightmare has now reduced me to near death BP which is an underlying chronic condition that I take medication for however I am finding myself sitting at Dischem since this morning and the next step will be a public hospital, whereas BakedbyNataleen is on a joy ride on an entire R2500 from an unknowing poor black South African female, who has children to feed during this hard times of COVID-19 False advertising/“bait marketing” is how one sums up the urgency of payment/proof of payment without explaining the T.Cs or any unsuspecting callencetion on their part seeing that BakedbyNataleen offers the same classes in Pretoria as well as Polokwane which could mean double bookings and cashing in on desperate poor black South African females like myself..I was not aware that she conducts the cookie and dikuku classes I was meant to attend,I only found out that my classes were cancelled after I had made payment with the assistant of my brothers FNB account,I had to ask him for help seeing that the entire amount is from a Black African previously disadvantaged and uneducated single mothers who are mostly illiterate and I made a loan from their month to month Dimelegi Women Stokel R2000 which I promised to pay back in the remaining two months before December 2021 ends. This payment was made as per the agreed time frame that BakedbyNataleen and I made on the same day that the classes mysteriously got cancelled.( note after payment was recieved ) This only proves that BakedbyNataleen was aware of the fact that she would take advantage of a poor and desperate single mother of two children that was only trying to learn a quick skill so that she could feed and cloth her children. If at all she was honest and a caucasian with the slightest of emphathy for any black African which is something that is very non existent considering S.As fresh past with still the visible effects of the apartheid regime that only filters through povertu, violence, death and the slave mentality it brought and still brings in our lives as Black Africans, she would have immediately reversed the R2000 and inclusive of R500 registration so I could then find a quick plan B or more thananything return home and give the monies back to the stokvel. Since the 3rd September 2021 I have been back and forth with one lie to another lie,the excuses keep changing and therefore this only delays my urgent needs i.e transport/accommodation and food now going on to my chronic medication that I need a prescription from my local doctor in order to refill it. Their service or behaviour from BakedbyNataleen has proven that it is discriminatory towards, previously disadvantaged, unemployed, single Black African women and in this regard me. Considering how tremendous the pandemics plight has been on the entire economic growth, development and more than anything the surving black community, not forgetting that we are below the caucasian minority in terms of education, housing, wealth and our ever so visible township/rural living conditions vs their urban, well safe/secured/gated surburbs. Terms and conditions as per their offered cooking classes do not mention anything about BakedbyNataleen cancelling any classes close or less than 24hours to the confirmed commencement of classes. Looking at all the attached proof of communication with their whatsapp account, their office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday 8am -13pm Sat. However their cancellation was communicated to me after hours 17:30pm to be exact. Supplier not honouring their written word of making payment and Incorrect including misleading display yes we are sending you back the money, which I specifically asked from the 2nd September 2021 for the refund to be paid out via an ewallet/cash or better still pay it into my capitech account, which BakedbyNataleen agreed to do so and even requested for my account details. ( evening immediately after they "decided to pkay me and take food out of my childrens mouth ) We even went back and forth with the refund not being available immediately due to the different banks transfer, which we could easily solve by BakedbyNataleen simply selecting my refund to be paid via immediate transfer. This morning I literally ran to BakedbyNataleen premises in Erich Mayer Street 135,Pretoria North which was another R100 loan from one of the tenants of the backpackers I'm boarding in and behind payment due to being toyed with and eventually treated like I was at fault for my urgent situation,I was reduced to tears when the receptionist Irene who told me she feels my pain and told to go have a cup off coffee coz Nataleen the owner"was still magically in Polokwane" and to make matters worse another spokesman who had no place to chip in the conversation but kept on mentioning how the business or Nataleen would have any papertrail or proof that I was refunded. I was then patted on the back as i carried the entire 5days money taken out of my childrens mouth drama.
Afternoon Thobile I trust you are well considering it's a new year#2020 I'm still in limbo regards my now last year refund. I'm sure as a customer service supervisor for Eagle line coaches you decided to block my no stop texts via whatsapp...very unprofessional but i wasn't surprised...you did cut my calls off or just simply ignored them previously. Dont worry much...Cyril Mathebula has joined your lieing team( aka he is not at work all of a sudden ) It's been 26working days now that i am waiting in vain for my full refund( 11 extra days comparing to your company's 15day refund policy ) As a customer service supervisor you have failed dismally and its not your fault...lack of customer service simple ethics are very hard to learn and repeat whenever a call center agent has an irritated customer on line/email/text or on call. Learn from your lieing and rude mistakes my dear and get out ASAP...clearly you are not well trained re:customer service. Regards Ms. Madima
My refund was submitted on the 19th of November. I was promised by Cyril Mathebula that my monies would be in my account on the 10th of December ( 15 working days ) Today its 17 December ( 19 working days ) and Lindiwe,Cynthia and Naledi don't know when Dikeledi will refund me and they can't get a hold of her. Your supervisor Yolanda is forever on a call and has not even bothered to contact me back. Cyril Mathebula gave me another lie saying i would be refunded on the 26th of December. I then called him after the new date and he gave me Thobiles' number ( customer service supervisor) Goodness she is the rudest agent /supervisor ever. She doesn't respond to any of my whatsapp texts and simply cuts of my calls.
