I have been using CDE for more or less 2 years now, I have always received fast and efficient service. A little while back, I received a faulty Anytime CGM device, I made contact with CDE, they basically responded immediately and sent me a replacement device the very next day. This is what I call customer service. Not once did they accuse me of dropping the device, not once did they make me feel like an idiot by telling me I just don't know what I am doing. 5 Hoorays for CDE and their exceptional service!
I ordered a personalised belt and received it within a week of ordering. The quality is amazing and the wording engraved on the inside is very clear. I could not be happier!
So yesterday I receive a phone call, a guy informing me that I'm handed over for an outstanding Eskom account. I do not have an account, I do not own property, I rent and use a prepaid meter. I ask this guy to email me what he's got so I can investigate and put things right. As you could have guessed, I received no email. I'm trying to find a storage unit for some stuff, they do a credit check. Low and behold. Eskom put me in bad debt for over R42k for an outstanding account in Mpumalanga. What I know about Eskom is that if you owe them money, they cut your power. Before yesterday I have never heard of me owing them money. I have not been in Mpumalanga since 2018. I do not own property there. And in my life I will never be able to work up an account like that without paying anyone. Useless!

So I cancelled my contract with rain end of March, they came to collect my router on 6 April, as from my cancellation date the router was unplugged. I received a confirmation of cancellation on 26 April. There was no invoice for April, there was no invoice for May. April went by with no issues, come May, they took 3 debit orders from my account WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE, there is no invoice for April or May. I sent rain an email asking why they deducted money, no response. Im afraid to have money in my credit card as I do not trust rain not to deduct money again. I went to the bank to dispute these payments and to reverse them, but they can not and they will be charging me for this. I work on a very strict budget and this has got me deep into the red this month. Guessing if you are a big company you do not care about the peoples money you take with no authorisation or the way that it negatively affects them. Ive got screenshots of proof of cancellation and that I do not have any invoices outstanding with them. This feels ******** to me.
I received assistance from Cebile Ngubeni who where extremely patient with all my questions and my response time (as I was quite slow due to work being demanding). Very impressive and easily the best service I have received in a long time.
So Ive been with with Bonitas on the Boncap option for around 2 years now, and I so wish that I had a good experience, but from the get-go there was issue upon issue. Right now, im trying to get hospital authorisation. I have mailed everything to them on 10 Nov 2022, no feedback as yet. I phoned them yesterday, was on the phone for 27 min with a consultant who has no idea how to use his own system, he said that he will phone me back, he did not do it. I tired to contact them after that via the Bonitas app, no joy. Then tried to contact them via whatsapp, they guy there just told me to phone and email, all stuff I have already done. I have a procedure that needs to be done on 25Nov22, and with no auth number i am *****ed. Because when I first went to see the orthopaedic surgeon, I made contact with Bonitas to ensure that my claim will be covered, they said yes, they ended up paying R320 of a R1400 account. So if I do not get auth for this, im am *****ed even more. I would not suggest Bonitas for anyone looking for a medical aid as Bonitas does not strive to give customer satisfaction.
What a great experience. Made contact via Facebook, moved over to Whatsapp, placed my order yesterday and received invoice. Paid this morning and by 1pm my order was delivered. I am so very satisfied and will recommend this company to anyone looking to buy furniture! Really good prices to.

I am amazed at these big companies that just ignores communication sent to them. My router broke. Eventually got a new one (this I have to admit went quick) but it's been more than a week an my sim has not been activated. I email them every day, they just do not feel the need to reply. No internet for 2 weeks, but I have to pay for a full month. This is not ok on any level.
