I have been using CDE for more or less 2 years now, I have always received fast and efficient service. A little while back, I received a faulty Anytime CGM device, I made contact with CDE, they basically responded immediately and sent me a replacement device the very next day. This is what I call customer service. Not once did they accuse me of dropping the device, not once did they make me feel like an idiot by telling me I just don't know what I am doing. 5 Hoorays for CDE and their exceptional service!

I received promotional information for the "Anytime CT3 Glucose monitoring Sensor". I previously created an internet acount but today cannot login, obtain a new password or voice phone call to place an order. A WhatsApp enquiry (as per the automated phone instruction) resulted in more advertising followed by an instruction to "Order on Line". So much for medical service to an 80 year old pensioner who stuggles to monitor irregalar glucuse levels.

I have been informed by my Medical Specialist, that the CDE Pharmacy, which should have been dispensing Free Libre products legally, have in-fact imported from alternative manufacturers and have been selling those alternative products instead of the official product, which explains the ongoing malfunctioning of the packs I have prepurchased from the CDE Pharmacy. This is clearly *****! This Pharmacy is now continuously claiming to be out of stock with Free Libre 1 product when in-truth they should be stripped of their license for *****ulent practices? Where is the Medicines Control Council or the HPCSA when they are needed? Why is this issue being ignored?

Absolutely disgusting service from CDE pharmacy and their lack of communication and service to people with a chronic condition such as Type1 diabetes. They provide NO FEEDBACK TO CASH PAYING customers who rely on them for Sensors. They have been out of stock for months and don't care at all about small children battling this disease.

No option for zero star rating Pathetic service and unreachable on all contacts. Placed an order on 14/05 and still undelivered on 21/5. If they don’t have stock on hand then it shouldn’t be available for sale. There are other online sale platforms that sell the same items I ordered which use real time inventory systems. The least you can do is inform your clients via email after order placement that you don’t have stock and there will be a delay.

CDE pharmacy took my money on Monday this week. They then proceeded to not respond to any WhatsApp messages, emails, or telephone communication attempts. The medication is need is crucial to my life and it runs out today. Their lack of communication is ********ly negligent and they should not be operating as a service provider. Their rude and *********** employees who failed at this fundamental task should be trained and taught to avoid such horrible customer treatment.

I ordered a Freestyle Libre and Two Libre plasters on Friday. I received the Libre on Monday without the plasters. I informed you of the missing plasters on Monday and received a reply early on Tuesday apologising. On wednesday a received the plasters including a complacentry plaster. That is great service thank you very much it was refreshing to get this kind of service.

This pharmacy has absolutely no regard for the patients who use their services. I have a repeat script for Aidex CGMs. They raised an order for this and I received the order and paid on 20 December. It was impossible to get through to them on the phone as they claimed that all their pharmacists were busy every time I called. I was told to communicate via WhatsApp and I did this. My initial messages were read by them, but I received no response. On 29 December I received a mail saying the order was being despatched that day. Today is 30th December and no sign of the sensors which I need!
