Both your web app and mobile app seldom seem to work, this has been going on since day 1 for 2 years now. It shows online with no data populated for battery, solar etc, on other occasions it shows offline but is online, and then there are the battery settings that do not push through. I can change the battery settings and it will reflect on the app as changed - but the inverter does not receive the settings. I have logged call after call and they are closed without any interaction from Gosolr's side.
I went with GoSolr when moving to Mooikloof Ridge, This area is known for lengthy power outages. The service I received was really fast and efficient - GoSolr was ready to schedule to do the install before I had even moved in, and the day I moved in they were there to install! My system was in and running before I had finished moving in. Shortly after that we had a 9 day power failure due to the kocal substation burning down - we were completely unaffected thanks to my awesome Gosolr solar system.
I upgraded my contact in November this year and got a Samsung S24+. Two weeks after getting the phone it started with "moisture or foreign material detect on the usb port" errors. I took it to the Pretoria Customer Service Center and it was "repaired". I replaced the usb cable with a brand new high end cable and bought a Samsung Wireless charging pad. The phone has started giving the same issue again, it wasn't even plugged into the cable at the time it started??? Must I now keep wasting my time and fuel to take this phone in for repairs every two weeks?? IT IS A BRAND BEW PHONE LESS THAN TWO MONTHS OLD!! - Both Vodacom and the repair center refuse to replace the unit under warranty - I just get bounced around

RAM came to deliver my package from Vodacom yesterday. No SMS informing me it was out for delivery or delivery date, so I wasn't here to receive the package. Spoke to the driver on the phone when he was here - said he would deliver today - Called RAM this morning - it has been returned to the queries department. This happens every time with RAM, not the first time - I still don't have the tracking/waybill number
My Ford EcoSport gearbox was sent to Mayfair Johannesburg over 5 weeks ago by BB Ford Menlyn for repairs - It has been over 5 weeks now and it is still not back. One excuse after another - pathetic "service"!! its an EcoSport gearbox - really common - not exactly no rare exotic gearbox
My Ecosport's Engine suddenly blew up at 76 000km, 3 days out of warranty. This happened due to the infamous wet belt issue on the 2017 to 2020 models. Ford just gave me a big F U and I paid R160 000 out of my pocket for their recommended remediation - an engine replacement. Less than 2 months later the gearbox packs up at 80 000km - I asked for a goodwill repair from Ford, considering the gearbox was fine before they stripped it and the engine out of the car when doing the engine replacement - guess what? another F U from Ford - R60 000 to repair the gearbox (more likely replacing it)
I started my Debt review process in feb this year. it is now December, nothing has been finalized or sorted out, My creditors are now cancelling the process and coming after me because they are claiming they are not receiving any payments? Where is my 11k distribution going every month? almost a year later and you still cant get the right accounts on the affridavit, paying the wrong creditors... you are about to have a court case of you lives...
My partner was knocked flying across the floor by one of your employees running down an isle at full speed at the Moreleta Village Clicks store. What was even more shocking than you blatant disregard for health and safety measures is that none of the staff came to assist?? Some of the other customers assisted her in getting up. No assessment for injuries, no health and safety procedures for injuries occurring on the premises, no security to assist? In a pharmacy and no first aid training for the staff?? - just - so sorry, here is a free bottle of water.. okay bye now we're closing and we are in a hurry to get out of here. Click is legally responsible for the injuries she has sustained, may i humbly suggest that a senior manager makes contact pretty quickly?
