Absolutely disgusting service from CDE pharmacy and their lack of communication and service to people with a chronic condition such as Type1 diabetes. They provide NO FEEDBACK TO CASH PAYING customers who rely on them for Sensors. They have been out of stock for months and don't care at all about small children battling this disease.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely ********** service from Abbott's and their willingness to help those who have chronic conditions in South Africa. CASH PAYING customers who have small children with Type1 diabetes is ignored. It is absolutely disgusting. Freestyle Libre has not been available at CDE Pharmacy for months. Clicks is listed as a stockist BUT their head office knows nothing about stocking this product.
The call centre is so lazy! Absolutely disgusted by the service Medshield provides. New members don't even get a call. You should really look at hiring new staff - there are so many people out there that are looking for jobs. I have the names of the lazy consultants - please contact me if you are even interested in knowing who is giving your company a bad name.
<p>Spent over an hour on the phone, no one knows what they are doing! Transferred four times. They never cancelled my contract as promised and then billed me again - without sending an invoice might I add oh and all this after I had gone to a branch and did a follow up call after my visit to the branch. At the end of November 2016!!No wonder Vodacom is losing so many subscribers - after having been a client for many years and never ever have I made a late payment. Absolutely disgusted and dissapointed!!!</p>
