Worcester Brach had me drive out twice to fix an order they had wrong. When I got there , they wanted my slip that they took from me the first time I stopped there. When I told them that they took it and that I was there a few min ago they agued with me They changed the order and still gave me the wrong thing I am absolutely beyond upset with this This is not the first time this has happened They need to get their act together!!
I have had multiple issues with receiving deliveries in the past. it seems to be getting worse. Call center is useless as they have no other answer besides "we are escalating your matter to the relevant authority". Placed an order 13/2/24. Was set to be delivered 20/2/24. It is currently 22/2/24. I received nothing. The useless tracking is saying its in transit and still due 20/2/24. I have spoken to them multiple times for hundreds of Rands worth of airtime. Nothing. Cannot give me a delivery date. Cannot give me a refund. Cannot even give me a credit in my wallet. I have lost so much money and time chasing after an answer to no avail. TLDR: Out of the money (from the order, airtime and time wasted) and nothing to show
Scam. Placed a test order weeks ago, never received anything. Took the money made promises then disappeared. Gota hold of them on a whatsapp number but it was just empty promises
