Poor
I cannot recommend Farber Coachworks at all. I experienced extremely poor service from them and sent an email about my experience, but no one got back to me. It took them two weeks to pick up my car from my house because I couldn’t drive it any further. I only had the courtesy car provided by my insurance through Avis Car Rental for one month, and after a month, I had to return the vehicle. It then took at least another three weeks to get my vehicle back from Farber. When my vehicle was handed back to me, I saw that it was dirty and hadn’t been washed, and there were paint marks inside the car from the spray paint they had also tracked into the car. I hope to get feedback from them via Hellopeter.

SWAK DIENS! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Extremely poor, poor, poor, poor service!!!!! I have never experienced such poor service before!!! I am transferred from one person to another, and then I finally reach a person who I think will assist me with the application process, but then I hit a dead end. Then I am referred to another person, and I think this is the person who can really provide customer service, but the poor service is just repeated. Whenever I call, I wait for hours, and if I'm lucky enough to get through, I end up in the wrong department – they transfer me, and then I wait for another half an hour, if I'm lucky. So I would NEVER recommend OOBA!

Poor service
Do not ever go to the santos express restaurant in mossel bau. We did not receive any service. We waited for half an hour for our food. Someone asked twice what we ordered and receive nothing.
