I have always has excellent service. Sadly I ordered a book in oct they did not have in stock. They said they can order it and it wd take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. I paid for it on 17 oct. It was to be a Xmas gift. I followed up end nov. They said they wd check with supplier. No one came back to me . I called again and was told hat it had not been processed….. From their side. No apology no call ..I had to call hone to the 4th time for feedback, Sorry guys..unacceptable.
Dreadful . Tried to call their business division all day and no answer . Left 2 please call me back later messages. Also sent an email . Now what? Furious
I have had an exceptionally poor experience with my garmin watch. I my first one lasted 6 mths ...was under warranty and replaced! I was so impressed. The replacement , new watch, lasted about the same period..I sent it in but they only offer 30 day guarantees.. so now I have to buy a new watch. Absolutely appalled at the non performance of their watch and their complete lack of reliability in the very expensive product they sell. Do not buy!!!!
