Good day. I have a problem.i was called a few weeks ago by the above-mentioned company pertaining a cell contract from C Connect.they offered me a Packard Bell Daytona G6 at a monthly price for 24 months at R449.00. The phone was delivered to me on 2 September 2024. Well I was impressed.on using the Phone almost 2weeks.I discovered the phone is not worth the price I payed.on contacting the company to explain my situation,because the battery does not even last half a day. Some of my apps hang,or at times just logout by itself while busy. I was told that they can cancel my contract but there is a cancellation fee of R5000 to be paid. To my shock this was never mentioned to me while they were selling this deal to me. At this point and time no payment was **** from my side as deductions will only go off end of September 2024. At this point and time I did not receive any formal contract by email or other. I must say the consultant I spoke to was not helpful.my call was cut and had to phone them back almost 3 time while this happen all they could say was sorry.. please assist. The price and the devise is not worth it.
Hi in September 2023 I received a call from a consultant that they are doing collections on my areas Truworths account. A deduction of R504 is made from my account for Truworths. Eversince no payment to Truworths to Dat. I keep on getting calls from other debt collectors to pay my Truworths account and I can't get hold of these people. Please assist in this matter. My bank cannot stop my debit order.
Good day. I need assistance with my Absa account being blocked every month. According to them I have bad debt with Absa. On 31st January my account was blocked I went to Tsakane Mall absa to have it unblocked. Same thing baddebt with Absa. Today 1st February 2022 the same thing happened again. My account blocked. I phoned customer care to find out what is happening. I was put through to different departments. Was on the line for almost 30minuted just to be cut off. I then phoned my branch at Tsakane Mall. I was tolf ubrubtly that I can't be help over the phone. I must either come back to the bank or phone customer care. I the phoned absa complaints department and was tol they can't help me. The lady told me my account could have been handed o er to the lawyers. Damn. What? ???????. I was just cut off again. I am so angry for this I inconvenience. It's costly and time consuming having people in su h institution to be ill equipped to handle my matter. This comes on si ce October 2020.
Due to ill health I could not go make any purchase at Identity Tsakane Mall. I phone their customer service and I did an enquiry. I was tols that I can send my daughter to do purchase on my behalf on my account. I was told to write a permission letter granting my daughter the right to buy on my behalf, together with my Identity document and my Identity card. My daughter to produce her Identity document as well. On Going to the store she, my daughter, was told that they cannot help her do any purchase because my card was not signed,and that I did not state for how much she could buy for. The sales lady the was not very helpful. I phoned the customer care service again and was told by the lady that as long as I have my identity document send because in the past I use to purchase without a card. The customer care lady was hesitating before she could answer me on the signature on the card. I must say sometimes some people can become very difficult in not assisting and helping sort out issues. I must say am very disappointed with their service.
Good day I have a problem. My dsvt was disconnected on 1 June 2021. I went on self-service 30 June it showed I must pay R289. I went and payed R547 at money market Shoprite. I went on to self-service again it showed I had R131 unused credit. My dstv was not reconnected. I phoned multichoice to find our why the customer consulted was not very helpful and very unprofessional. Told me I must pay another R202 that is outstanding. I told her to explain and she told me that their pay date is 28th.. Not my arrangement. Later I fou d my dstv Co nected. This morning 4 July my dstv was disconnected again. I want onto self help. It showed I have to pay R404 reconnection again. I cannot u destand what is happening. Please se help
I am so disgusted in the service with ABSA. My account is blocked on a monthly basis since October 2020. I have to go into the banks every month to have it unblocked because I cannot use any of my banking apps even mobile banking or even use my bank card. Up till now after many time to find out why my account is being blocked, I do not get a straight answer. I have complained to many divisions., yet no positive response all I am being told I have to go back to the branch. This is so frustrating.
Hi I received a caal that I qualified for a bridging loan on Friday 25 September 2020. Up till now I have not received any payout. And cannot goer hold of these people. Am scared deductions will go off my account. I need help please.
I have purchased a pricelock. Since September 2019 I have been having problems with my account. I tried Conte ting Pricelock to rectify. Up to now no help. I contented multichoice to no avail. According to multichoice they see that my account is behind. How??? If I have been double billed ever since. In December again I received a billing of R1700. How I don't know. I called multichoice again for help. 26 December 2019...29 December 2019 and 30 December 2019 I phoned to get clarity up till now now help. I was promised on 30 December that they will look into my account and phone be back. I am still waiting. Now my service has been suspended. I really do not know where to run for help again.
