Had such a bad experience upon arrival ...I have been comming to weesgerus Modimolle for the last 20 years and this is the first time I have experienced the let down of service failure ext.. at my booking in the following happend. We never paid for an exstra car, but this is not the issue..when we queried this matter we were treated with the most unkind attitude from the front staff. We said we dont have problem the car will be removed. We asked the security if we could just unload the car as for the chalè was to far. He opened and we were busy unloading when the security come and said that the lady is calling us *****s. I went to her and she behaved so unprofesional by blaming the security quard. I called the management but he did not even appologise and up to now nobody gave feedback or an appology. This is totally unacceptable as you come to have a lovely time then you are treated like this. What a dissapointment in being a loyal customer of Weesgerus.
I am struggling with this company - my loan was paid and account closed on the 13th of March 2018 - suddenly I receive phone call in December 2019 for the first time since March 2018 informing me my account is in arrears, to my surprise. I phone fin choice and they confirm that it is there mistake and they owe me a refund and I need to send a letter from the bank - so I did and emailed it to them - But I keep on receiving calls informing me that my account is in arrears - One consultant even dropped the phone in my ears. Can this matter please be solved. They do not respond to my emails.
