I was planning to buy a carravan from then and put down a holding deposit of R2 500,00 After I discovered that therev was woodrot on the caravan , I cancelled the deal. That was 6 months ago. Since then I have been waiting to get my holding deposit back from them.
Standard Bank Mokopane and Customer Care gives me the poorest service I have received in my 40 years of dealing with banks. It takes you ages to try and settle problems and some complains are simply been ignored. It seem there are no more competent people left working for you. Maybe because of you BBBEE policy.
My wife and I lost thousands of Rands because of these *****sters.

They go the extra mile to help you. Friendly and effective service to the public. Even phoned us back to find out if our health have improved.
Very poor service. Tried 3 times today to change an existing policy. Nobody get back to you. Only empty premises. If this is the way to treat existing customers, I don't even want to think what will happen if you put in a claim.
What a dilapidated state the place has fallen into. It seems there are no proper management. Will never recomend it to anyone interested in going to Umhlanga Rocks.

Service not done properly. Two and a half thousand km's later the oil cap came of and I lost all the enjin oil resulting in major enjin damage. Vehicle still under warenty but after 2 weeks nothing has been done anout it.
This group of people scam a lot of people out of their money. I personally know more than one person who have lost tens of thousands of Rand because of their fraud.
