Booked a ticket arrive an hour early. Only to be told the bus has already left as it was rescheduled. Two bookings two different stops no notification received.

Letting thieves
I would not trust them. Don't do any rentals through them. They will do everything they can to keep your deposit. They will find excuses to not complete the inspection and then charge you twice for an inspection.

Bad service
I am so concerned about the bad reviews. I just gave notice and already I sense that any every excuse will be used in holding my deposit by these people
