Herotel Breedenet
Besides having intermitted internet most of the time, I had no internet connection after a thunder storm and phoned to log a call. I had no call back to arrange for a technician to come out to the site. After the seventh call and two weeks without internet I made contact with a technician who previously installed my hardware and he then arranged for someone to call me back. This is extremely bad service.

Not loyal.
We were unfairly treated by Old Mutual. We had four household claims in 2019, which were perfectly reasonable and one vehicle claim. All our claims were paid out but they suddenly informed us that they are going to cancel our policy (our household and vehicle policy, even though we only had one vehicle claim and paid all our premiums on time). They cancelled us on the 1st of January and then ran our debit order for the month of January which we are not covered for anymore. They then said that they will pay the premium back only on the first of February. I would understand if they were to cancel our household policy, but not the vehicle. Old Mutual is not loyal to their PAYING customers.

No communication
I asked for King Price to give me a call back to insure our vehicle. Someone phoned me almost immediately, but after I have given them all my details, no one has come back to me to give me a quote. It has been four days now and I am fed-up. I would not suggest King Price to anyone. I want my Insurer (or potential insurer in this case) to keep me informed with how far we are with the process. Not a good first impression!
