I am a regular customer at Mc Donald Vaal Mall, i am extremely mad because every time i get to the branch i can't redeem my points or collect points when i buy! Last night i bought at Mc Donald Umphakathi Mall and collected my points now i want to collect points at Vaal and they tell me i can no longer collect points at a drive thru in Mc Donald, what a shocker! I tell them i just collected points at a drive thru last night what do you mean! They never changed their statement or try to assist me. I also told them that i am a regular there and not only do i buy at their branch but also buy at other branches but with them i always have problems. Now i missed out on my points after spending my money! I asked them if they knew how to operate the system and they said they do just that their system was updated and 1 cannot redeem nor collect points at a drive thru but only when odering online! Very disappointed and angry! I want my points 😞
Very disappointed with the level of service I received from Moses. The guy has a stinking attitude he made me feel like I was begging when I was bringing business! I do not recommend any human being to come to your business. Poor poor poor service
I was denied to buy food because i refused to write my phone number on the screening form at McDonald's in Carlton Centre.
My wife has an account with Ackermans, we got robbed at gun point 6 days ago and the account card was stolen together with her origional ID and driver's licence. She has since blocked her card and now she is told she cannot do a card replacement with a temporary ID! There is nowhere in South Africa where one can be issued with an original ID during this lockdown. What must we do now, its like you don't care about your customers. Its as if we chose to be robbed and its our fault that the country is on lockdown and SA Home Affairs is not issuing IDs! Your staff and consultants are proud to tell us that there is nothing that can be done, shocking!!!! This is the second time am having a bad experience at Ackermans!
I went to Ackermans in Mall of Africa on the 3rd of January 2020 between 7pm - 7:45pm and purchased a jacket for my daughter, the cashier did not remove the tag that beeps at the door and i only realized when i got home. On the next morning in less than 24 hours i went back to the store to ask for a refund as my daughter went back home early hours and could not take the jacket with, i was told by the manager i can not get my money back as i do not have the receipt. I bought cash and want my cash back, this is ridiculous as Ackermans can easily retrieve my docket from their POS or go through their cameras if they don't believe me and assist! He told me he can retrieve the docket and reprint it for me but cannot give me cash back. I called customer care to try and resolve this internally however they were not interested in assisting me. I do not intend to shop at Ackermans anymore!
