Bex Express Worst EVER!!!!!
I don't even know where to begin!!! But lets start at the beginning, our community started a project to accommodate the farmers in Williston who are effected by the drought. This is 40 families, which have 71 children and 34 of them is scholars. So we gathered 71 Christmas gifts for each child, 40 buckets full of toiletries for each family & 34 school packages for each scholar. Very excited & with much love our packages landed up with Bex Express! The arrangement was that they will be collecting the packages in Standerton 9 Des, Monday morning at 10 after waiting the whole day they pitched Tuesday afternoon round about 4. Still its worth the wait. 20 Des 2019 the farmers was suppose to pic up their parcels for Christmas (which are a fare time for the courier to deliver). So I started to follow up on the parcel 17 Des. The parcel was in Upington for one week now before they realized they don't serve the area Williston, another 2 days later after many promises the parcel was finally on his way back to JHB. Many phone calls, promises ect ect later the parcel was delivered 23 Des @ 4 the afternoon. Way too late for the farmers to collect in time for Christmas, so 71 children missed out on Christmas gifts & Bex express couldn't care less!!!! Happy that the parcels FINALLY Arrived the next frustration started!!!!! NOT ALL THE PARCELS IS DELIVERED!!!!! And still they couldn't care less!!!! 2 Boxes full of stationary for the new school year, missing and 3 Christmas gifts missing. I started following up on this 27 Des, now its 10 Jan I still have no answers. No one know what happened to the parcels. Again, round about 16 children will start the new school year without stationary. So thanks to Bex Express, Christmas came late for these children & School started without stationary & still they don't care at all!!!!! And the best part is our bill!!!!! The bill was huge.....and was getting even bigger as we paid for their mistakes. The first amount the call center gave me that they billed us got increased by R 6000 after the parcel traveled the country before it was delivered. Its the worst service I experienced in my life!!!! They don't ever deserve 1 Star!!!!!!!
