At first Quincy Langa was very helpful then the problem started after delivering of the Vihicle. The Vihicle was delivered without a spare key and boot cover, He promised that he'll courier them as soon as he arrived at the office. Only boot cover was delivered and the spare care was never delivered till today and is almost 5 months. Each time I reach to him he always promises that he'll courier it or act confused that he is unaware that the key is not couriered and promised he'll find out and courier it,same as his manager that I spoke with and promised he'll investigate the matter and revert. Never ever accept Vihicle from Stucky Motors at Newcastle without short items because you'll never received them. They are ****s and very deceiving.

Stucky advertised on their website, as well as on Autotrader and Cars.co.za a vehicle for R229k. I called and spoke to Nomfundo, lovely lady, who promised to send me some more pics and find out the cost to have the vehicle shipped to me in CT. She sent me her personal number and a document verifying that there were no repairs to be done on the vehicle. The next moment I got a call from Luan, staing that the car was sold. He said he would speak with Nomfundo, he could be wrong. I received a WA from her, stating that the car was not sold, but booked into assets! So now I cannot buy it! Prince, the sales manager promised to take up the matter with the DP, who just said that the Director said they cannot sell the vehicle yet. All this while it was still being advertised on their own website. I think this was handled absolutely atrociously, the DP is absent and apparently does not have any spine. Nomfundo should be paid commission, they stole thie deal from her! I am sorry from a salesperson does not cut it! The company should have done the right thing! Complete disregard for the customer! Just brush him off! I will not recommend this company to anybody - stay away!

We bought a vehicle from them and they were very helpful at first. Unfortunately, once the vehicle was delivered and our trade-in was done, everything went downhill. The aircon was faulty, some parts were missing, and issues were not disclosed upfront. They promised to refund us for items we had to replace, but we are still waiting. The trade-in was not settled, so the debit order on our old vehicle still went off. We are also still waiting for the licence and registration papers, as well as the settlement amount. Lots of empty promises and very poor follow-up. I would not recommend buying from them.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well our vehicle buying experience was managed, from viewing the car at Chery Mbombela right through to taking delivery. Every step of the process was handled professionally, making the entire journey seamless and enjoyable.
