We bought a vehicle from them and they were very helpful at first. Unfortunately, once the vehicle was delivered and our trade-in was done, everything went downhill. The aircon was faulty, some parts were missing, and issues were not disclosed upfront. They promised to refund us for items we had to replace, but we are still waiting. The trade-in was not settled, so the debit order on our old vehicle still went off. We are also still waiting for the licence and registration papers, as well as the settlement amount. Lots of empty promises and very poor follow-up. I would not recommend buying from them.
I was informed that delivery would take place within three working days. It has now been over four days with no communication or update regarding the status of the parcel. My messages have gone unanswered, and I have received no indication of when to expect delivery. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism.
Terrible service. I have been waiting for over two weeks for a parcel that was dropped off at Pretoria and had to be sent to Johannesburg - not even a far drive. They have no idea why it is taking so long. Will not make use of them ever again!

Their service has been disappointing. Paying for next-day delivery only to receive the wrong parcel with my name and order number is unacceptable. Requests go unanswered, and while delivery is quick, it’s frustrating when it’s the wrong item. Returns are another headache—they collect on their schedule, not the day you select. The sizing charts are extremely inaccurate, forcing frequent exchanges. It’s clear their standards are slipping.
I've purchased several pairs of Holsters over the years, and unfortunately, each time they ended up breaking. Despite my previous experiences, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a pair on November 27, 2023. Upon receiving the confirmation, I was informed that the delivery would take 3 - 5 business days. However, as of today, I still haven't received my shoes, and there has been no communication from Holsters. Frustratingly, I had to contact the Courier Guy to inquire about the status of my order, only to discover that Holsters had created the shipment seven working days later. This entire process has been a horrible experience. While I understand that it was post-Black Friday, I received all my other orders within 3 working days (from Cape Town) with constant communication about the delivery process, even if there were delays. Once again, this unfortunate incident has reaffirmed why I hesitate to order from them.
I requested a subscription cancellation from Tracker in September, but deductions continue. Despite reaching out through email and the provided contact, there has been no response. Calls to the cancellation number go unanswered. This lack of communication is frustrating, and I find Tracker's service to be both disappointing and ineffective.
Useless & pathetic! Bought a combo deal with a Dell monitor and keyboard. Never received the keyboard and mouse. Haven't received a reason why the keyboard was not delivered. They only put you on hold! Never received feedback whatsoever. Will never order here again.
Useless! They do not attend to your queries, do not communicate, has excuses for everything and most definitely a lack of service delivery.
This is probably the most useless medical aid I have ever dealt with. First, they deduct twice the amount on your premium for two months in a row - still have not received any form of apology, solution, communication regarding the reimbur*****t. Secondly, after three months I still have not received my medical aid card as promised on numerous occasions. It normally takes between 4 and 6 weeks. I have received a message today that the card will be delivered, just to be informed it has been delivered at the wrong address with a different client. The couriers confirmed that the address was given to them by Momentum. Thirdly, the customer service is non-exciting and so rude when you eventually reach them. HORRIBLE SERVICE DELIVERY!!!
