At first Quincy Langa was very helpful then the problem started after delivering of the Vihicle. The Vihicle was delivered without a spare key and boot cover, He promised that he'll courier them as soon as he arrived at the office. Only boot cover was delivered and the spare care was never delivered till today and is almost 5 months. Each time I reach to him he always promises that he'll courier it or act confused that he is unaware that the key is not couriered and promised he'll find out and courier it,same as his manager that I spoke with and promised he'll investigate the matter and revert. Never ever accept Vihicle from Stucky Motors at Newcastle without short items because you'll never received them. They are ****s and very deceiving.
They don't deserve with a single star.i was double charge for my showmax package and Lodge in a query and they supplied me with reference number and promised they will call me within 24 hours, even now after 6 days they never called me.i made a follow up call with the reference number but they couldn't locate my query with it,how the **** you give a customer a reference number and you can't trace the query with it.they are bunch of incompetent useless agent.
I'll like to take this platform and thanks Themba for showing professionalism for helping me with my claim,with in 3 working days he already updated me with whereabouts regarding my claim.So far I'm happy with his service. I thank you Andries Ntshakane
