Waiting for my order for over a hour and a half. Support says they only get the driver’s voice mail. I have asked for a refund but no response yet. My order has been ready for collection for over an hour. I should have read the reviews for Bolt food before trying it. I do not have the money to waste!! This was also my forst order on Bolt Food. Please do not use it!!!
Terrible staff. Terrible service. Incredibly rude. They don’t work with mm and don’t know how to convert mm to cm. The lady Sarah (whom I think was the manager at the time) shouted at me, complained when I said that I want my photo in land scape. She was impatient and deliberately misunderstood me. Will NEVER go back.
Absolutely dissatisfied with your services. 3rd day in a row that I have been transferred from one consultant to another, on the phone for much longer than I can afford. My issue cannot be solved via the FNB app. And money keeps going off my account. Went in to the actual bank a few weeks ago to solve this where I only received what can be called a really flustered service, it was like the consultant had no idea what he was doing running up and down - no one could help me or tell me what is happening on my account. 2 hours later, I left out of pure exhaustion. No resolution.
