I logged a complaint about the Promotional Tv promotion on the 28 Nov 2025. I just want to say thank you to the persons in the complaints department who contacted me and helped with the issues. Thank you to Dylan Lee and Debbie Coetzer who helped me with the problems. Will definetly stay with Vodacom for many years to come.
I am very unsatisfied with the Vodacom Tv deal I just signed for. I received a Tv voucher and submitted it to samsung. The Tv was approved. Skynet the delivered the Tv on the 19th November 2025. Before inspection was conducted the pod was signed for. Upon inspection the tv has been found with a cracked screen. Skynet then took the Tv back. Now Skynet tracking states the tv was delivered I did not received a replacement tv as yet. Skynet just ignore my emails and the Tv is now gone. I cannot see why i must pay for something i did not received No communication at all from Skynet. It feels like nobody cares. Samsung departnent only state it is between skynet and samsung wearhouse I regret the day that i took this deal out.
What a useless company to deal with. No customer service at all. Contacted them on 04 Feb 2025 to transfer my funds to my new card and 3 weeks later this has not been done yet. So I decide to cancel my Agility Health Debit Card on the 19th Feb 2025. They indicated it will take 1 month for the notice period. 1 month passed I enquire again about my money to be refunded they told me they did not received my documents, which I did send to them which my debit order was already cancelled. Then their new story is they will take it to higher management and come back with a comment. Now one month passed again and now they are ignoring my emails. This means they are *****ing people's money as they refuse to refund your money. I regret the day I ever done business with these ****ming ******. How this business still exist is really weird. Everybody who have a Debit Card with these ****mers will lose all their money guaranteed.
