Very good ISP
In the beginning I had alot of trouble with them, but as the time went they started caring more about the customers and actually getting back to me when they did not have the answer at hand. That's the thing I appreciate the most setting expectations and living up to them.

Utterly pathetic call Centre experience
It's about 15 mins ago when the lady placed me on a brief hold it's now 38 mins into the call. This is actually disgusting that she has not come back to check on me. The only reason I called was to find out why my extra view is not working. Please you can not have these types of people for you guys... I am now highly considering streaming services.... It's is 42 mins into the call
