Unresponsive - Bad service
My internet connection has been down since the debit went off my account I have been trying to reach BareMetal support for days, The worse service i have seen ... I would not recommend them at all, When you need a isp be sure to know that Baremetal will not be your GO TO Stay clear .. I am still awaiting feedback from them...

Best service delivery from Baremetal
Baremetal is the first company I have come across in being so speedy in service delivery. I ordered my package the morning at 9 and by 12pm Baremetal team arrived at my door step installing my wifi package as requested.. I am super impressed with how professional, kind and well mannered the team presented themselves.. I do not regret using their services , in comparison to Rain and Webafrica their a 0 out of ten with 0 being the lowest and Baremetal a 10/10.. This is my personal experience with the three companies I've dealt with.. Helotel.. gosh..the boss is still getting back to me 6 months later , no service received!! Baremetal may your company prosper ✨️ keep up the great work. Im in awe..

Very good ISP
In the beginning I had alot of trouble with them, but as the time went they started caring more about the customers and actually getting back to me when they did not have the answer at hand. That's the thing I appreciate the most setting expectations and living up to them.
