DISAPPEARANCE OF HAND LUGGAGE
On the 21st November my hand luggage disappeared from the hold of a flight from Port Elizabeth to OR Tambo. I have had no followup from Swissport or Safair. I am so disgusted at their total indifference.

SHOCKING BUSINESS ETHICS.
Returned shoes on 17th September 2019 and have still not received my refund of over R800.00. I have tried phoning and have sent numerous emails to no avail. No response of acknowledgement. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE BAD NEWS.
