Bad service! I am so disgusted with the service received. Ordered the specials and the waiter starting raising her voice and arguing about the special called her colleague which came with a massive attitude and who also could not justify why we could not share buy one get one free special. She went off to an extent that a by-standing guy came up to her and said he could do this the night before. I asked why would the rules and T&Cs which was not stipulated on the specials menu over. I would fully understand the logic behind it if we were having 1 drink but this was not the case and loosing 2 tables of clients unhappily as we moved next door to the next restaurant and received very pleasing service. Which I then understood why the place next door was packed and dockside did not have 1 client. Never have I experienced staff who doesn’t have any customer services to this extent
I made a payment Standard bank to standard bank last night 20:50 after the payment didn't reflect in the beneficiaries account this morning I called and was advised to wait 24 hrs. After 24hrs I called again and was told to wait 48 hrs. I've called several times and even went into a branch today but guess what...NO ONE CAN HELP. I've been banking with FNB for more than 15 years and never have I experienced anything like this. This is one good for nothing bank. The service sucks. I called again now and requested A manager to call me back I was told by Busi the manager would call in 5min it's been 1 hour and nothing. Where is the service? Absolutely nothing gets done to help
Tafelberg Furnishers (Bellville), I have received just good reviews about the store from friends and family which excited me as I believed I would have a good experience . I visited the Belville branch on the 12 October 2019 where I dealt with Mbasa who offered great service as I purchased a dinning set. After my purchase everything went downhill. The table had to be custom made which I was assured would take 2-3 weeks I got rid of my dinner suite on the 3rd week and my newly purchased table was only delivered 2 weeks after. Upon delivery the guys broke a frame after trying to repair it myself. I telephonically contacted the warehouse manager to advise of the incident ( which I was then made aware was never reported by workers) as my frame needed to be replaced. He offered me a R200 voucher. I went an priced my frame and told Marius (the warehouse manager) who I was now laising with that the price ranges between R600 - R900 in which he advised me with an unethical attitude that he was looking out for his workers and R200 is all he can do as he would not want his workers paying for it especially at this time of the year. I asked him what about after purchase service or even customer service as I am not at fault he laughed at me. And up till today on the 14th January 2020 nothing has come from it. So I'm at loss as the table I purchased a week after it was delivered I placed my cup of tea on a coaster and onto the table which took the varnish off. I was contacted by their supplier who advise the table would be collected in January its mid Jan and I havent heard anything from him now too. So left with a broken frame and damaged R20 000.00 table .
