Surprisingly Dissapointed
Reading your reviews i see none to little has changed since 2023. Brenda still lacks communication being blatantly ignored when interested in a rental by an agent is just rude and disrespectful I received one vn from Brenda that i will be contacted by someone else regarding a viewing viewing still did not take place its been days ( im sure unit is even taken now by someone else )and my follow up messages go unanswered/ unattended. When i see Brenda's name on my future searches even though how i love the property i wont even attempt contacting her . It is absolutely ridiculous

STANDARD QUALITY AND SERVICE LOW PRICE VERY HIGH
On 27-11-2022 I took my son to Legends East Rand Mall .He was nr 19 in the que when entering his details price stipulated was R150. The barber friendly we still joked about the vip section answered my questions etc. I left my son there to finish my errands which was a while upon my return my son was finally in the chair. I left again went back he was finally done to my horror my sons hair looked untouched it looked exactly how we entered the barber only difference it was "tapered" in front some black powder was used. I asked him was your hair even cut did i roam around in the mall honestly for this to come find you as i left you. The end to end process was a shock and i let my son and the barber know that i am deeply annoyed and of cause my son was embarrassed. I asked him no gel to make it even look nice as we having this convo another customer a lady occupied my sons chair allready as it was her turn. My son advised that we will be charged for the gel we called the barber he advised no charge for the gel but he did not even make any means to get it apply it or even to satisfy me a very disgruntled customers mother or even make means to ask the lady sitting in the chair my son occupied to please spare a few minutes for him to just apply something to still savour this Legendary name. The service received walking in has taken a dive by this time the barber could not be interested as he will get his money now and another customer in waiting . After my small not so subbtle but known disbelief in that barbershop which all did witness we proceeded to pay . R230 was the total staring back at me my question how from R150 to R230 balance me please ? The barber and the cashier could not even correct me to help me understand how did the amount get to R230 . If the service standard and haircut quality or should i say A HAIRCUT met the price no problem at all but nothing absolutely nothing justified the price i paid . Apparently the barber has to spend 45 minutes with a customer are you kidding me to come find just powder applied so what was done the remainder of the time ?? My son went for haircuts at other local barbers 20/30 minutes and you can see that difference and the price does not make you want to faint either Legends Barber your price vs your standards is defnitely not Legendary . I read some of the reviews and i noted that the business does not respond on reviews which is even more dissapointing .
