I will never invest with AVBOB

The worst experience ever. I invested with them but cannot access their system. So I'm like let me rather surrender the investment since I have no idea on what is happening. There are forms that you need to fill in with certified copies of your ID. I do that then go to the branch because the forms have a section to be filled by their consultant , it's 2026 these things are done online. I go to Germiston branch to submit, the forms after the police station. They are like we will only have the commission of oath available after June. Go back to the police and get them.signed where a commision of oath from a branch to sign. I went back got them signed and and submitted everything online. I see no message and I call. Now they say they cannot assist me because the person who signed the forms is not the same person that stamped my documents. But it's not even my job to get the forms signed by commission of oath to begin with,mine was to get my id and bank statement. Now I need to go back get new forms, go to the police station, get the form signed and the documents to be stamped by the same person. How am I supposed to get the person who signed my documents after I didn't even know he will be needed to sign as a commision of oath. The police man did not even know where to sign and why. What a joke to be told that its a must to go to the branch so a consultant can sign a potion of the form then now get them signed at police station. Now I must do the entire process of printing and getting them signed.

I have been struggling for a clearance certificate for years now, while I was on status G. Meaning I never took any assistance from any debt review.
