Ordered fibre installation on the 30th of June 2025 - to date I do not have WiFi yet I work from home. No communication none whatsoever. This is probably the worst service I’ve ever experienced. It’s like they are doing customers a favour. Been waiting for openserve for the past 2 weeks
Our recent experience with Baobab Tours for shuttle services at our conference was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We arranged for five 22-seater vehicles to transport attendees but instead received two 22-seaters, three 15-seaters, and an extra Avanza, resulting in a disorganized and confusing situation for our team and guests. The vehicles provided were old, uncomfortable, and not roadworthy. The level of quality we received was far from what we expected based on our previous experiences with Baobab Tours. Upon raising these issues with Claudine, her response was surprisingly defensive. She mentioned that our event location was "weird" and suggested we find a more suitable location next time—a dismissive and unprofessional comment. Additionally, she claimed she had undercharged us, which was news to me, as there had been no prior mention of underpricing in any of our conversations. We understand that local transport from Rasouwville, Cape Town, was used, but a basic inspection of the vehicles beforehand should have been conducted to ensure they met our needs. Clear and respectful communication could have gone a long way in resolving these issues, but instead, we felt dismissed and unvalued as clients. Overall, this experience with Baobab Tours fell short of expectations and previous standards. I hope that in the future, they improve their communication, professionalism, and the quality of their vehicles to avoid similar disappointments for other clients.
The hotel service/staff is horrible. Staff needs to be properly trained or oriented into welcoming and orientating guests. The girls in the front desks are disorganized and seem to have attitude. The breakfast/dinner lady that welcomes you is also just horrible. They have zero attitude especially towards black people. You need to upskill your staff because we essentially are the ones who pay their salaries. So whether I'm black or white it doesn't matter. The parking is the worst of them all. We had to pay R95 for safe parking, why??? which hotel makes you pay for parking? The parking space is a mess and quiet small. It looks like someone could potentially rob you whilst in there. I also had to pay R12 to have my clothes ironed because they will not provide you with a iron in your room. The corridors and the lifts are dirty. Overall experience was 1 out of 10. The hotel is poorly managed. You go to a hotel for the experience, not to be ill treated by staff cause you're 'black and you think you are better'. We go to hotels for the service and the experience. H
The worst I've ever experienced...utterly disappointed by the service receiced from Hertz. Definitely last time I use them
Bought a dress for a wedding last week online Forever New, and the wedding is this Friday. I have called, sent emails and the only response I received was lies that my parcel ‘will be shipped out’ and still nothing . I’m so frustrated with their customer service
