I have a problem with how your store has no alternatives for refunds on items if there if the system is offline. I bought a pair of boots from your store which didn't last a day and tore. Called your offices and was told to go to the store to return. They told me the system is offline and there is nothing they can do for me. Considering loadshedding, your system failure what back up do you have for customers. We travel far, your warranty dates are 30 days and now one must run around like a headless chicken The store is Legit Kwagga Mall Mpumalanga.

This company is deceiving, I got a call explaining how they can help me with my credit and lower my payments. Only to check them online to see that they put you under debt review. When they call you they explain debt restructuring and it sounds all good. Only to understand that you are being deceived. Watch out.
