I bought a replay sneaker the shoe is still new however it's loosing Colour, I sent replay an email and I was told that I must take the issue to the store, which is street gym Maponya mall, the owner says replay won't take the shoe back so he also cannot take it.so which means no 1 is will to accountability for the poor quality of the shoe, I as a customer must loose because of them supplying and selling **** shoes. @replay if your product is at a curtain store that store is representing your brand on your behalf
Cell c,call centre service is **** ... I have a new contract with cell c,since they started debits the amount is not as per our agreement, this is the 3rd month now when i call them i get different stories as to why the amount is high Im told that i have an extra benefit which i did not apply for end of October i asked them to cancel all those extra charges to my suprise this month the debit order is higher than the last 2months,the calls r recorded but there do not get back to dem to understand who was wrong,every month every consultant and their team leader have a different story 💔 if i knew i would have not taken this **** service provider who hides info from their customers. If i cud i wud cancel this contract
This morning 31.01.2021 I went to pic n pay expess Tshepisong to buy some refreshments on my way out im being stopped by security say i cnt go out because apparently i picked up a R100 note on the floor, so they need to check the footage, i then asked the security where are they checking the camera footages he showed wen i got there to my suprise the is no 1 in that room n yet i was told to wait at the door, so if i ddnt ask where are they checking thr footage i was gona wait for ever cos der was no 1 checking anyways..... So i just left. I just want to know is this the service they give to all their customers treating them like criminals, the manner of approach was not profesional at all n they didn't even bother to appologize. I also want to know even if i did pick up that 100 does it belong to the staff cos ik sure it wud be from one of the customers. I mean when i passed there they was 4 staff members chatting why ddnt they see that 100
I'm very disappointed with the service that I received from old mutual Old mutual consultants are not to be trasted, they do what they do to get commission I requested a savings account which I can have a stop order every month for me to have money when I need it. I explained exactly that to the consultant n she said they do offer that service so because I trusted her I took that, so when rainy days came I went to old mutual protea glen to get money from my savings account to my supprised I was told that Its an investment and if I withdraw I will be charged as shocked a I was I withdraw the money n I was advised by the second consultant that he will change it and give me exactly what I want that was in 2019. Today I'm from a branch to get money to my surprise again I'm charged over R1100 because what I thought was a savings account is actually an investment so again false information was given to me. I do not understand why old mutual employees have to lie to get commission oh myb it's what they are taught by the company because if all the information given was actually false I'm very disappointed I've lost a lot of money while I thot I was saving. I dont understand why your consultants had to withhold information. I'm realy not happy and I just wonder how many people have been lied to n robed by old mutual and its employee. This is one of the reason why that family had to bring a dead body maybe they where also lies to by the employees
