WORST SERVICE EVER
I gave them 1 star as I could not give less than that. This has been the worst online experience EVER. You are unable to make contact. You keep going through loops on automated answering service ending in a dead end. Their online tracking service is not working. I emailed my query, they replied, but with the incorrect information. I now got through to an agent. Seems they are not even sure if my order left the store yet. WFT!! It has been 7 days now and they are not sure if my order left the store yet. I will NEVER buy from them again.

Great Service
Great service from CJ Towing today. They were appointed by Discovery Insure for roadside assistance. Arrived within minutes and even made sure I got home safe. Thank you!
