They are ****mers, they erased all my info on my profile and my account balance is gone, I have tried to log into my old ithuba app and it required me to register a new account on their new app, I did that, and asked an agent I was talking to on the phone to migrate my old info into the new one as I had a balance of R1500+and very important numbers combination saved and I have been betting for a number of years, she said she logged it with fiance, 3 months later no migration done and I keep on calling and given different references,being talk en from pillar to post, I want my money and my numbers back!
I hate Telkom with all my heart, my father had a 12months data contract for R199 for my sister who was in school. In 2022 the contract ended and they called to ask if he wanted to continue and my dad said no. They stopped debiting, then 3months later he started getting debited again and he is unemployed, when he tried to call and stop it they claim he now owes them money, sometimes they debit his whole SASSA Amount. I am discusted no one wants to cancel it and he did not approve the renewal 😠😠😠I Wouldn't recommend Telkom to my worst enemy!!
Haai, i am feed up with Absa bank , since my last complain about my father's money no solution or help from them as yet, my father i penny less because of them, am now thinking of contacting Ombudsmen.
Nonsense service! Someone transferred áll the money form my Father account without his knowledge, and the matter was reported to the police with a case number and Affidavit was submitted to Groblersdal branch, they checked on the system and found out that it was transferred to a Capitec account , which they claim they alerted Capitec to freeze the money, since then there is no way forward, the Fraud department keeps on promising to call my dad after 3 minutes and never gets back to him. meaning Absa know exactly what happened to the funds.
Nonsense of a company, since my last complaint, no one got back to me, it's as If they do not care. I am utterly disappointed!
I am so disgusted and disappointed about the service or no service at all by Old Mutual, it has been over Six months since my Father and i have claimed on my late mother's investment and has no yet paid out, when we re visit the branch which we have done more than 10x,they always give us excuses that the head office is not processing the claim or asking for more documents of which they where all submitted, no communication with us what so ever, my father is mourning and still has to travel back and forth from Limpopo to Benoni just to go to the Branch in Benoni Lakeside mall and ask for an update himself and the answer is still the same we are on top of it ,we will be depositing the funds in a few days, still nothing! i am sick and tired of Old mutual and everyone in my family is thinking of cancelling their policies as they are unreliable at a time of need!
Crocks and poor service,i returned some items for a refund on 31 December 2019 at PEP Northmead Mall and they promised to refund my money in my account, 21 days later im still waiting,when i call or go to the branch they taking me from pillar to post i even submitted my bank statements at the branch,still Nothing,I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
