Reservation Staff Scaring Guest`s Off!
To the managers of Blue Waters Hotel please do not let your staff become too comfortable they will chase potential guest`s away and give your brand a bad name. I called your hotel to confirm my reservations and Belinda Khumalo who has no hospitality at all made me feel like I was bothering her in free time with my query. She was so irritated! She made me feel stupid. I know this is not how you want your clients to feel. I`m afraid to confirm my stay at your hotel now. I`d rather go to you competition and pay more money.

Niks bekommerd oor afknouery nie!
All school`s should have specific procedures in place to deal with cases of bullying and appropriate punishment but this school ends up punishing the innocent one. FH Odendaal High school has failed to take action against bullying. The victim of bullying & the parents are not backed up by the school. Where is the justice?! Can we call on the FH Odendaal Hoerskool`s SGB and the Department of Basic Education to find out if this school follows the measures put in place to deal with bullying because we have not been told what the school is doing about the problem.

Really Bad Service!!!
I must express my disappointment and frustration with the services provided Virginia Kutu who works for Taffa Attoneys law firm and Managing Director Maria Taffa. They have been unsuccessful to provide me with the service to transfer property since 2021 to this day. I have paid for services I have not received! Their lack of communication is ********* and extremely unprofessional. You have violated my rights as a client to be treated with professional courtesy, respect and fairness!

Woolworths Tambotie Mall or rather China Town Vrot Tamaties
I am very disappointed in Woolies! They claim to have "The Difference" but they sell you ****. I bought Woolworths brand slippers, purchased on 14 June 2023 at Tambotie mall. The morning slippers are extremely hard and not comfortable at all. I re-visited Tambotie mall to tell them about this and until today they have failed to contact me or give me any update to resolve this problem. I would like to choose another pair or just refund me since their service is so horrible. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not get a solution to this problem I want to close off my long standing account with Woolworths with immediate effect.

COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED FOR 9 MONTHS!
CLAIMS NOT SUBMITTED TO MEDICAL AID! I have been sending emails since 21 March 2022 in attempt to get this resolved. On Friday 25 November 2022 I received a message saying that my account has been handed over to debt collectors while my medical aid details were produced when doing COVID 19 tests for both my daughter and I but they put it us personal clients. I have been fighting this battle for too long now with and still no resolve! I have called multiple times and send countless emails ***********, Call-Centre on **********. I have spoken to Resolutions Case Administrator Presence but never received help after providing my medical aid membership certificate. This is APPALLING!

MONEY HUNGRY CLAIMERS CREATE FAKE ACCOUNT CLAIMS
I have been sending emails since 21 March 2022 in attempt to get this resolved. On Friday 25 November 2022 I received a message saying that my account has been handed over to debt collectors while my medical aid details were produced when doing COVID 19 tests for both my daughter and I but they put it us personal clients. Poor Production at ZIVANE OUTFITTERS
I went to buy my daughters uniform in November last year from this school uniform shop based in Eldorado Park ****berg str after being referred to them by the principal of my daughters school as its her first year in grade 1. The quality of their uniform is terrible , the panels of the uniform do not align, there is a hole in the uniform belt/missing material, there is waste material sticking out of the uniform that is not suppose to be there. I contacted them with my concerns and they immediately refused to give me a refund. Then further on threatening me with the police. This is the reason why most of our local businesses fail because of people like this. I am extremely disappointed in the owners who run the business from their home. I regret going to them in the first place. Rather go to SEEDATS. Don`t bother with ZIVANE OUTFITTERS they are chancer`s who think they know what they are doing.
